Circuit City Visa Card

I applied and was approved for a Visa card in Circuit City on November 18. I'm having trouble viewing my card balance using the circuitcityrewards.com website. Whenever I click on the Chase Card Services which which goes directly to FNANB.com it never opens. So now I don't know how to view my balance because I have yet to receive a bill in the mail and now I'm at risk of messing up my credit because I have never ever been late on paying any of my credit card bills. Hopefully you have a solution cause it's almost been a month since I bought that item and I have yet to receive a credit card bill in the mail.
