complaint regarding deficiency of service by onida Tv Service centre.

I have a 25 inches Onida Tv (DV model). It was not properly working. we contacted the authorised Tv service centre of Onida over phone. They had sent one person to us. The said mechanic after inspecting the TV told us that transformer of the TV is to be replaced.

I took my TV to the authorised TV service centre of Onida which is located at Rajajinagar Bangalore.

They kept the TV with them for 10 days, after doing some repair and collected RS.750/- from me.

The said TV not even worked for 2 days. Therefore I contacted the above said service centre for several times. There is no proper response. Recently one of the Technician of the above centre came and inspected the TV and told us to bring back the TV to their service centre.

we have lost confidence in them.

What we have to do I don't know.
