I'm complaining about The FEdEx branch in Benicia, CA. I called them

today, 12/15, tracking

number 583376582109201 and the Rep told me that the package is on its way to

me. That was

about 5:00pm. It was 9:00pm and still no package. I called their 800

number and the rep said

its central branch is closed now and it will be delivered until tomorrow.

FEDEX sucks and lie to

their customers. I will tell DTV to get it of them before they lose a lot

of customers.
