Mansion select

I purchased a Xavix computer system from Mansion select for a Christmas present for my daughter. My order was to include the game port, 3 games . I only received the games without the port. Each time I contact them , I am advised I received a game with the port kit, this is incorrect and faxed them proof of the box showing no port, they have nicely suggest that I can purchase a port with a game for an additional 150.00 They are unwilling to resolve this matter and with christmas fast approaching, I went directly to Xavix and purchased the port again. I am looking for a refund from Mansion select for the port which they are unwilling to provide 79.99. I want to make sure since this merchant was on your website that you are aware of the business practices. I do beleve the grinch does live on, it now goes by the name of Mansion Select. Please be aware of this merchant and make the public aware as well. If you provide where else I can go to file a formal complaint please advise since this is the 1st step in many for me. I can not believe in the spirit of xmas that this company does business in this manner
