IDT phone company..........

Subscribed with them after speaking to a rep who made it sound less expensive than verizon .... I got the bill and it was $1400.00 for one or two months......I had explained that my computer was separate and not to charge me by the minutes...........it is obvious that they did.......and I am trying to fix my credit though they are not on the credit sheet yet or have any court papers against me...........I would love to know how I can fix this before it goes to court......I have called and did fax a letter to them stating that their company made a huge mistake but have not heard back from them as of yet.........one of their reps told me to write them and see what happens.......it has been about three weeks already..........Please help if you can............Lynn K
