Visions direct on line store. Ordered contact lenses and paid special

postage charges. When the items did not arrive on the alloted day, I called

and spoke to a man who said I was to blame as I should have called

constantly to check on the status of my shipment. He was very rude and

condescending. I asked for my money back and I'm still waiting.
