This complain is against Citibank customer care

This complain is aginst the Sakshi of gurgaon customer care of citi Bank that inspite of requesting to help me know about my loan amount , she totally said that she cant help me in any way.

This is not the way of service citibank is giving , when customer has right to know the existing loan details and want to take more loan from the Bank their straightforward answer is , ' I cant help You'

My Name is Satpal rawat & daily we receive so many call on my land line No 011-32561309 from Citi Bank Customer Care(011-465309000) most of the time I was not available at home my old parents are there & Customer guys asking for my friend before that he was staying with us & now he left & thousand of time we gave my friend No to the Customer guys but they keep on asking & the main problem is that when my Mom or my wife pickup the phone the asking some personal question and some time they cross the limit this is really very very irritating so please I kindly request you to stop these calls & my friend No is 9971692504 & if you want to talk to me regarding for the same my mobile no is 9971692504
