Northwest airline

If you travel by air please avoid Northwest airline (nwa)! Their customer service is nonexistant! They are completly unconcerned when a problem created by them arises. I found their ticket agents beligerent and unhelpful. These are my personal obsevations and opinions based on my first and last travel nightmare with Northwest airline. I have read complaints from other unhappy Northwest customers saying nearly the exact same thing! Don't bother contacting Northwest airline, you'll never hear from them. They're only interested in your money! My wife and I spent 15 hours trying to get to Las Vegas on Northwest airline!!! Don't take my word for it read other complaints about Northwest airline (nwa). Their fleet is the oldest in the industry, most of their staff lack proper training and have never heard of customer service. Fly Northwest airline at your own risk!
