Complaint:

On Oct. 2, 2006, they charged my credit card $1,000 as deposit on a new

car they obtained for me as their service.

The car was paid for in full, in cash NOT INCLUDING THE DEPOSIT.

They have acknowledged that the $1,000 credit is due to me.

However, repeated calls result in excuses such as "there's new people

in that department," "the person in charge in at the auto show" or "the

person responsible is at the doctor."

To this date (December 15, 2006) they have refused to refund the

$1,000 deposit.
