Hefty Easy Flaps Tall Kitchen bags

The following is the complaint just submitted to the product website ( http://www.pactiv.com/Contact/Hefty.aspx):

I bought one box of Hefty Easy Flaps Tall kitchen bags (13 gallon size, value pack, 80 bags, UPC code: 013700276859) from Menards several months ago. These bags are very, very easily broken and worthless. I do not know why your company neglects the complaints already shown on the web

(http://www.complaints.com/directory/2005/october/21/15.htm) and stopped selling this product.

The same way we will not buy any product from Hefty and tell other customers. Hefty is not doing good business.

I bought the Hefty Easy Flaps - Tall

Kitchen Bags - 80 Bags - Stretch and

Grip Top. The box started out fine, and

then I'd pull one out and shake it out,

and the side was ripped out. Just tried

another one, and it did the same thing.

Opened it and spread it out. Side was

spit out. I won't be buying this product again. I guess I'm not the

only one having this problem. Why hasn't

your company done anything to fix this

complaint. Like you don't care
