Blockbuster Video / prepayment for video games to be released at a later date

In March of 2005 Blockbuster advertised the release of " The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess " was going to be released in the summer of 2005 and would allow you to pay $5.00 to reserve a copy. Rather than pay Five dollars I paid for the game in full as I would be away during that summer . Tis would allow my son ( who the game was for ) to pick it up when it arrived. Upon my return I was shocked to find that the game had never arrived at Blockbuster. Upon calling the thee Blockbuster store where the purchase was made I was informed that the release had been changed to Nov. of 2005. well Nov. of 2005 five has come and gone and an entire year has gone by and still no game. Finally we were told that the game would be in Dec. 15th of 2006. Its now Dec. 15 and guess what? Still no game !!!! This means that Blockbuster heas had the use of my money and all the other people who reservered this game for over a year and a half.
