cancellation complaint

Hello,

I wish to cancel my membership with AHAMEMBERSHIP.COM and I am finding this difficult to do so. The phone service offers an option to speak with an operator but the message continues to say no one is available to take my call. I find this suspect. I wish to cancel this service but have not as yet been able to do so. Please forward this to your complaint department and note this as a complaint against this company.
