I am being overcharged & threatened by management.

Payment of $40.00 was sent [Oct] **money order

55653522100 by USPS certified mail

70060100000221262180;which was returned to me with a

"late" statement. STORAGE PAYMENT IS $35.99. Payments

sent by **m.o. via c.m. - are usually OVERPAYMENTS of

$36 to $50.00. June 2005 management attempted to get

AN EXTRA - $300.00 dollars from me. A proof of payment

of {53696753792, $300 - cashed 2/20/05 - c.m. 7004

1350 0001 3068} was sent to Steve Sharron and Allan

Lussier. Management didn’t want to accept that I had

proof of payment. The same thing is being attempted,

AGAIN - for $144.00. My payments are as follow: 11/05,

12/1/06 $40. I don't know if an employee is embezzling

from the register AND they are looking for ways to

make up the difference from customers . I don't know

WHAT the accounting practices are at UHaul. I am

keeping up with my payments because I KNOW from

experience management is not honest or they don't know

what the heck they are doing. I've reported this to

BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU already. I've been forced to do

it again. If the rest of the payment of 2005 or copies

are required, please let me know. This information can
