Petro-Canada

Petro-Canada

Attn. Wendy Mesley,

My case connects the Oil Industry (i.e. Petro Canada) directly to chemical

sensitivities or Environmental Hypersensitivity Disorder. I am the first

person to receive a pension from the Canadian government for this illness

because of the direct connection of petrochemicals to these illnesses at my

property in Winona Ontario, Canada. 1977 to 1980

The Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear this case against Petro-Canada

a Federal Crown Corporation giving no reason whatsoever.

This refusal to hear my case under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms as a

disabled person especially protected and guaranteed the right to be heard

under sections 7 and section 15 of the Charter violated my Charter Rights

under the Constitutional Law of Canada.

This case establishes that the Canadian Government - its Justice System

and Courts - its Legal System and lawyers - its Politicians and

Political Parties - and the Supreme Court of Canada are not protecting and

are in fact violating section 7 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms

"Right to Life and the Right to Security of the Person" of every Canadian

Citizen by virtue of Petro-Canada a Federal Crown Corporation.

To add insult to injury the Supreme Court of Canada - (when a person is

disabled by the synthetic petro-chemicals polluting our environment and

killing and disabling thousands of Canadians every year ) refused to hear

the case and gave no reason for its actions. This denial to be heard under

our Charter Rights per se constitutes a violation of section 7, and section

15, Charter Rights and the Constitutional Law of Canada.

The Canadian Petroleum Industry ( i.e. Petro-Canada a Federal Crown

Corporation) is protected by the Canadian Government while Canadian Citizens

are Disabled and Killed by exposure to" synthetic petro-chemicals" in our

environment that are synthetically created by the cracking process - and

have matching molecular structure to the dopomine or major neurotransmitters

in our brain with branches into all the major brain centers.

These synthetic petro-chemicals are created by the petroleum industry -

they do not exist in nature. We have the natural phenol ring - benzene

nucleus structure in our bodies but with the natural benzene structure the

body provides all the enzymes required to break down the benzene when the

brain finishes with it - with the synthetic benzene structure created by the

Oil Industry and Petro-Canada the enzymes are not there to break the

synthetic down - it remains on - and blocks - the brain receptors and we

become hypersensitive to any product containing or any exposure to - these

petrochemicals - as odors in our environment.

Petro-Canada attempts to remove itself from liability on its gas pumps by a

sign warning us "do not inhale the vapors."

My desired outcome is to be compensated for my injuries - the loss of two

homes - and the injuries to my children that were also exposed to these

substances at the Winona residence - for the violation to my Charter

Rights by the Supreme Court of Canada - and to stop the Oil Industries of

Canada and the world from creating the synthetic petrochemicals that are

disabling and killing not only humans in particular but all life forms in

general.
