Failed to uplift parcel on 3 separate occasions. Have not communicated with me despite repeated attempts to gain a refund. Had to pay Royal Mail Parcelforce to deliver the parcel. Premium rate telephone line seldom gets answered. Fraudulently obtain money while not offering any service.
