Letstalk.COM renigs on rebate

I purchased a cell phone/sprint plan on Let'sTalk.Com. The website stated I would receive a $50 mail in rebate and the customer representative assured me when I placed the order that I would receive the $50 rebate. When I received the order it stated $50 instant credit, which was not what was offered when I made the purchase. I've called customer service immediately and they assured me that I qualified for the rebate and to call back on Monday to fix the order (after the phone had been sent). It's been over a month now and I have called four times, each time being placed on hold for 15-40 minutes to no avail. I've yet to speak to a party that can fix this situation. I tried sending an email and received a very non helpful response 1 week later. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes that they will be able to talk to the party who can resolved this dispute.
