OK I returned this item using the return address lables. I wrote and asked

when I was going to get my refund and was called at home by Diane Beverly

customer service. Who informed me that the package was recieved but that

the ipod was missing. I would like a full refund for this item. I paid for

the item, it did not work as promised and I returned it at my own expense.

I feel that if you are selling electronics over the internet then it is

Circuit Citys obligation to pay for return shipping and handing and

tracking. I have to tell you that I am extremely disappointed. I am

strongly considering filing a complaint with the BBB or a government office.

It is unethical of you to keep my money. The funny thing is I ordered an

ipod for my other daughter from Apple and we had no problems with it. THE

ONLY REASON I CHOOSE CIRCUIT CITY THIS TIME WAS BECAUSE AT THE TIME I

ORDERED YOUR PRICE WAS BETTER. I am requesting that you view the video

cameras in the warehouse and see if someone removed that item from the box.

I'm a little guy here I'm not wealthy so a $150 ipod is a lot of money to

me. I officially want to make a formal complaint.
