I don’t know what else to do with this company!

I bought my cell phone back in February 2007, I ordered it online because there was an “offer” to buy on-line and get a $50 credit in the second invoice. We are on December 13, and I’ve called them two months ago to make my complaint. They said they will credit the money on my next invoice – which of course, never happened-. I’ve asked for a detailed invoice, since it seems I’ve been charged high amounts monthly, and they said: sure! But there is a $5 extra charge for detailed invoices…I said Forget it!

This is a fraud. If you don’t call to follow up on the credit they promise, simply you don’t get it. Even worst, you call them, and they just play with you.

I AM EAGER TO SWITCH TO ROGERS ALL MY SERVICES that includes: TV, Home Phone, Internet and Two Cell phones, but I have a contract with them and unless Rogers will pay the penalties, I am not sure what else to do at this point. I guess just vent my frustrations through this website.
