POLICY - LOST LUGGAGE WHAT IS NORTHWEST AIRLINES POLICY REGARDING LOSS LUGGAGE? On Saturday 2nd December we flew GCM/TAP/MSP/YWG on arrival at YWG, Arriving at approx 1:30 a.m. It was 29 below 0, we were freezing and our court were somewhen between TPA/MSP&YWG, (we cleared bags in Tampa), our backage we discovered that our luggage was missing. After informing the Agent and filling the necessary paper work, not one bit of assistance was offered. Not even an appoligie, Our bag were delivered at approx. 9:30 the next night, damaged - fortunately the they brought a replacement bag, smaller but non the less they brought one!.
