Freedom Financial Card Fraud

I hope you can help me. I just filed with the BBB about a company called Freedom Financial which offered me a Visa credit card. I was solicited and sent a check for $250.00 for the card. It took months for the card to come and when I realized it was NOT a Visa, I requested a refund, in which I was told was not a problem. This was Jan. of 2006. I am still fighting them. I look the company up and discover that I am not the only one? Is there anyone who can help and stop this company from financially DAMAGING more people like me?
