We have had multiple, extensive and severe problems and set backs dealing with the contractor above. He had been working on an addition onto our house since 2004, advised he was having money problems, so he required the final payment to pay the last set of sub-contractors to finish the siding, the air conditioning, the hard wood floors, all the way down to the doors, and basic molding. Once paid however, he disconnected his phone, and never came back.

I later learned that the plumber, the air conditioner / heating contractor, and many of the sub’s also did not get paid. We ended up paying then to finish their jobs, and we hired someone to put in the hardwood floors. The Goodman Air Conditioner that Bob installed worked for 3 days total. And after many charges, it was determined that it was defective. As Bob purchased it on line, there was no warranty on the AC unit, and the AC contractor refused to change it until they were paid for their original work. We ended up getting a permit for a larger, much more efficient unit. I attempted to file complaints with the State, but I was only forwarded to a recording that takes messages. I know from the number of contractors that have come to my house banging in the door, looking for Bob, that many other jobs went unfinished, and contractors unpaid. His information is below:

Kindly advise if you know where to locate him, or have any advice as to how to proceed. I had no response from the

State, and the Township is pushing for final inspections. We are already over 60% over the agreed upon budget for the completion of the project, and the work is not done yet.
