certegy check services CONTINUED: 09DEC06: I left Staples and went directly home and called the 1-800# and my Hold time begain at: 6:36pm- when "Loweel" came on the line the time was 7:52pm. I told him what had happened on Nov 9, 2006 and agian tonight at Staples. I told him that the register had read CODE 1 (unpaid prior checks) Lowell stated that this was not the case and was sorry for the inconvinence and they were once again "tracking habits" I ask fpor a manager. Ash was the managers name- I ask him for a contact name and number for their legal department. He could not supply this to me- I requested a list of every business that certegy handles checks for he could not supply this to me. I am so angry now I may pursue legal action. This has happened twice- is very time consuming, upsetting, and wrong when I have ample money in my checking account to cover the check I write. If anyone can direct me I would appreciate your help!
