We have a dishwasher about 2 Years old, worked fine until the electronic went bad. On Sept 8 2006 we finally got the service guy to show up after waiting 2 weeks. He had to order the parts and by the time they installed them it was September 22. The dishwasher worked for less than two weeks. After waiting another few week to get the service here, the service guy ordered a new part and rescheduled the service date to Dec 1 2006. Today the service guy informed me that the part was wrong and he has to reorder the right part. Next service date available Dec 18 2006. So far we are out of a dishwasher for almost three month. I did send off various letters to sears headquarters, and the only response was from Executive Team Sears Holding Corporation 3333 Beverly Road Hoffmans Estates Il 06179 Telephone # 1 800 579 2395. I did talk to them and all they said was they are sorry for my inconvenience. Well I feel a lot better now, but I still have to wash my dished by hand. I for one will never by another Sears product, for that matter I will not even shop at K-Mart since it is the same corporation. I will not shed a tear if they go out of business.
