Global Air/Wave Communicatoins, INC

Global Air/Wave Communicatoins, INC I would like to complain about Global Air/Wave communications. They called me starting with "You have been chosen for a free cell phone..." which should have aroused my suspicion but I was kind enough to continue. The man on the phone offerd to send me their offer emphesizing a few times that I did not have to make any decisions then and I did not. He wanted me to confirm my address to make sure the mail gets to the right address. After getting the mail and reading their terms I wrote them a letter saying I did not want either their service or telephone and because I did not make any order and I did not use any of their services I did not feel obliged to pay anything to their firm. When I got my BellSouth telephone bill it included additional charge of $56 for Global Air/Wave. Which I refused to pay. When I phoned Bell South they told me to phone Global Air/Wave although the Global Air/Wave offer stated "you can cancel your Global Air/Wave service at any time by calling Customer Service or by writing." It also says that my service will be activated within 10 days of my order which I have never made. What do I have to pay for? For being naive enough to listen to somebody who phoned me? It turnes out to be a very expensive phone call. It certainly taught me never to anser this kind of calls.
