Travelocity Double Charge I tried to book a hotel reservation on Travelocity.com When entering my Verified by Visa password, the website through me out of the site stating the hotel was no longer valid and to try another hotel. Thinking the reservation didn't take, I tried again and it double booked me. After spending almost 30 minutes trying to get a person to answer at their customer service number, it disconnected me when transferring me to an agent. It took another thirty minutes to get a real person who refused to refund the overcharge. I plan on turning them in to my credit company and refusing the charge. I should have known better than to use this site giving the travel books recommend against it. I will no better next time.
