I am receiving harassing, belittling, threatening, and manipulating calls on a daily basis from Green Tree Servicing, LLC.

Regardless of the nature of the issue, I do not wish to be contacted by Green Tree by telephone, nor do I want you to contact ANYONE ELSE and harass them regarding this matter. I request you contact me via U.S. Mail only.

I know that I have a right to send written documentation to any business requesting that they cease any type of harassing forms of communication. We also understand that it is Green Tree Servicing lawful duty to honor such written request.

this is true the representatives sound like angry, rude, even insulting. i was shocked to have, they refuse to help with modification plans and show no regards, he was trying to convince me to sell the house, and telling me that i needed to get another house, to make 3 month payments at once, trying to inimidate me by saying he was going in a diferent dirction from me, and that he was ready to promptly submmit it to the forclousure process. i hope they crack down on their activities. i know someone who was behind on payment on the holidays and george was harrasing her the most on the very day of the holiday.
