WHIRLPOOL CANADA - SERVICE

This is in relation to the Duet washer that we purchased from Whirlpool via Direct Buy.

The kind of horrible service that we have received from their technician is unbelievable. Three parts were ordered and all of them were defective, so the technician claimed. The lies and unprofessionalism that we put up with is totally uncalled for … one would think that in today’s service-oriented, competitive market, a huge conglomerate like Whirlpool would be on top of things and stand behind the service of their products.

If anyone out there is going to be purchasing any of Whirpool’s products; BEWARE OF THE SERVICE!!!!!
