Lost Luggage On Two Delta Flights

I flew on Delta Airlines from Chicago Midway Airport to Mobile AL with a change of planes in Atlanta. On my way to Mobile from Chicago, the plane left the gate but waited before going to the take-off runway. There was no explanation as to why we were waiting. We waited for about 30 minutes. When we landed in Atlanta, we again had to wait on the runway and again, no explanation was given. The plan was supposed to land at 5:00pm and my connecting flight was at 5:50pm. It of course was at a different terminal. I only had 5 minutes to get to the the terminal. I went to that terminal and they said that the gates were closed now. They put me on the next flight out to Mobile. when I landed in Mobile, my luggage was not there! They told me I would get it in the morning. I finally got my luggage the next day at 4:30pm--NOT IN THE MORNING AS THEY HAD SAID.

My problems did not end there. I had a return flight on Friday. There again, they lost my luggage and said that I would get it in the morning. finally got my luggage the next day at 12:00pm--STILL NOT IN THE MORNING AS THEY HAD SAID.

THAT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL FLY DELTA!!!!!!!
