Directv promotional portable dvd player

In April 2006 I signed up for Directv and was promised a $150.00 portable dvd player as part of their promotion. After 4 months I received a cheap base dvd player. Not the portable that was promised. After many conversations with Directv Customer Service I was told I was not eligible for the portable dvd player. Jeff the customer Service Supervisor told me there is nothing he can do and that there is no one else in the entire Directv corporation that can help. I believe they are purposely engaging in deceptive advertisement at the expense of the consumers.

I will make it a point to tell everyone I know what type of practices you can expect from Directv.
