Carpet installed

This is my third attempt to get any response from somebody at Empire Today. I had carpet installed in my home on 7/29/06 re job #L084001. The carpet is great and the installers were professional and pleasant and did a great job. My complaint is that there was extra carpet up to approximately 6.03 square feet which at the price I purchased it at for $29.74 comes to an additional $175 that I paid for carpet. I know industry standards does not call for this amount of extra carpet to be charged to the customer. I have requested that someone call me back on this and I am requesting a refund of at least $150. I am very dissatisfied with no response to my other two e-mails.
