platinum pools

In December 2005, we hired Platinum pools to build an inground pool for us. It is now 8 months later and we still have many problems with our pool. We were told that as long as we had to rain or bad weather, the pool would be finished in 2 weeks. Needless to say, that didn't even come close to happening and we didn't even have any rain for 9 weeks after they started. We would go 2-3 weeks without anyone coming out to work on the pool. When it finally did rain the yard had not been grated, and the grass had all been destroyed, so all of the mud ended up in our pool. Leaks, cracks, stained plaster, complete backyard grass destroyed except one side, cool decking had to be repainted, wrong dimenions...you name it and it went wrong. They have temporarily fixed some of the small things, but is has taken 8 months and still are not finished. No one at that company has any sense of urgency and the owner won't even return a phone call. If anyone is thinking of using this company please feel free to contact me.....Thanks, Cheryl
