burger king service

On 8-4-06 I attempted to eat lunch @ a B K close to my office. I do realize it was lunch time & very busy, but, all the employees except one were trying to get customers served in a timely & efficient manner. The one girl (Sarah) was very flustered & dropped sacks with food on the floor, and, apparently, the fries weren't bagging fast enough so she was grabbing handful & just throwing them in the bag on top of the sandwich. She didn't even have on gloves. She was rude to employees & customers alike. When some complained their food was dropped or spilled or didn't appreciate her not bagging fries she just turned her back to them & continued doing the same thing. I finally asked to see the manager & one very nice emp.(who didn't want to get Sarah in trouble) finally answered me telling me that Sarah WAS the manager. The store was Burger King, 1515 Lone Oak Road, Paducah, KY 42003. My grandchildren wanted to eat there the next day. Guess where we ate? McDonalds!!!
