My complaint: I applied for and got internet connection through Tata Indicom Broadband under Plan Surf6000 on 27th March 2006. It is a pre-paid plan and I paid Rs.4,634 for one year subscription to last until 26th March 2007.
There was frequent breakdowns in the connection and it worked less and remained disconnected more at any time right from the beginning. It has remained disconnected since 12th June 2006 and my repeated phone calls and emails have had no effect. Due to this I am deprived of email facility under my user address Email User and also use of net telephony and browsing all of which are due to me under my subscription but not possible since 12th June 2006, as the connection remained dead. I hope your attempts to contact the concerned authorities and provide me relief as a consumer will fructify by what I read in your website about the various successes you achieved for distraught consumers like me.
