LG Electronics Dryers I purchased an LG Electronics gas dryer on April 28, 2006 through Home Depot. I had problems from day one with the VERY expensive dryer not drying clothes completely. I have spend over 12 hours on the phone to LG, being shuffled from one department to another, with no resolution; even though LG declared that the dryer was not repairable. After being continually disconnected when entering my phone number, I gave up and decided to write the North American CEO of LG. That was the last part of July 2006. I was sure SOMEONE from LG would respond. WRONG! LG Electronics is the worst company, even ahead of Cingular Wireless, having the WORST customer "service" I have ever encountered. In case you are wondering, Home Depot can't do anything until the unit is more than one year old. LG Electronics is responsible for the first year. Talk about a catch 22.
