E Vision 123 Digital Camera

Please Help fix this problem .I live at 1524 Carbondale Drive, North ,Jacksonville , Florida , 32208. My name is Percy Parsons . I am having a Problem Getting The eVision Camera to open for downloading pictures from the camera. I am receiving a message that the camera is not connected. This problem is occurring with the Microsoft XP Professional operating system. Please Help me get the updated software if needed for the XP operating system. The installation CD-ROM & Bundle Software (for Windows 98/Me/2000/XP) that I have is Labeled : eVision123V2 gives this message : Stop this installation, problem occurred during installation donot continue.installation. I can download pictures I taken. Help me resolve this problem if possible. The eVision 123 Digital Camera software copyright (c) 2001 Xirlink Incorporated.
