Cingular Wireless

Cingular Wireless I was with Cingular Wireless back when the company was Southwestern Bell. I had the original "bag phone" from that company and have never had another wireless service. Never have I been late on any bill but was canceled by Cingular because it said I make over 50% of my calls out of their "Cingular network area". I have Cingular's Nationwide Cingular to Cingular plan and have convinced over 100 people to change to this service. Cingular representatives admit that no where in the contract does it state the 50% clause the contract does say Cingular can cancel their customers for "any reason". I reported Cingular to the FCC, Better Business Bureau, Senators and The House of Representatives along with a letter to Cingular's President Stanley T. Sigman, Office of the President, Cingular Corporation 2321 N. University Avenue, Lubbock, Texas 79415. I did finally get reimbursed for my newly purchased phone but Cingular didn't have to honor their contract. By the way Cingular isn't a member of the Better Business Bureau and I can see why.
