nI tried to cancel

nI tried to cancel To whom it may concern. When I first got my computer, I received a free trial to AOL. It got me started. But soon I was provided free service with another carrier. I called AOL and explained that I no longer wanted AOL. He said that he would give another free program, and when that was over, because I had never used the service I could cancel at no charge. When that time period was up, I followed up and again cancelled the service. That time the customer service rep said that my account would run through the billing cycle, and then terminate. I actually believed that would happen. A few months later, I lost my ATM card, and got a new on with a different account number. Suddenly I was getting letters from you about how I wasn’t paying my bill and that you where going to take action. A couple of weeks ago, I received a termination of service statement for not paying my OUTSTANDING BALANCE. Guess what. You guys told me something that wasn’t true, and continued to charge me, even though I tried to cancel, twice. Please drop me from your roles. I don’t want your service. I get something else for free. My name is : Kenneth S. Hillway I live at 2714 ne Halsey st., Portland, Or 97232. I can be contacted at Email User , or by phone 503-422-1838
