On 7/29/06 I paid Al-Co to have serviceman re-program 3-remote controls for my garage door openers. I also have a Genie Wireless Keypad which was not working due to dead battery. Serviceman said when I replace the battery to call his office and tell them that the serviceman said to help me program “over the phone” my Genie Wireless Keypad.

I called the number above and the owner said he would not help me, because as he said “I spend a half-hour telling people what to do and they don’t understand me, so I don’t do it” he told me to look on-line or call Genie. I told him what his serviceman said while at my house, and the owner was rude and said he doesn’t care what the serviceman said.
