Big Rip Off! You first see the internet page saying FREE INSTALLATION thru August 31 and then you call them and order the equipment at $299. No problem until the installers arrive and then they want to charge you $200 to install the equipment. They say you will need a pole at $150 and they it will be $3.00 per foot for the cable. When you tell them about the add saying FREE Installation they say that's for a standard install where they attach it to the roof of your house and they don't recommend that because the dish is too big and heavy an they cannot be responsible for damage to the roof. So they think you will fork out the extra $200 to install the dish on their pole. So the FREE Installation thing is a farce. When I called Customer Service they say well that is for standard installation but the installers should have put it on your roof. The web page said FREE INSTALLATION and that is misleading and unfair business practice. This is just another rip off. I can just imagine that if you had this thing installed and you have problems with it you would have a lot of customer service red tape to put up with to get it fixed as well. No one at Customer Service sounded like they enjoyed their job....they sounded like they were eating something when they were talking to me....they did not sound happy nor did they offer me any resolution except put me on hold for a few very long times. Just did not get a good feel for this service and their lies about FREE Installation....-Jim Marshall,,,,, Virginia
