Burger King Restaurant at store location 17440 SE 272nd St. Covington, WA 98042

 

Complaint:

August 5, 2006, at 7:45 am at breakfast time I ordered using the drive through service.

 

First complaint, was there was any breakfast menu posted at the drive through ordering location. Turns out the employees hadn't come out and rotated the lunch/dinner menu to show the breakfast menu. The employee had to come out and do it.

 

Second complaint, I was informed by the employee that store manager hadn't come into work yet and was only manned by two employees. The manager hadn't given them their cash register drawers due to the manager not being there. So they were only doing exact change purchases until the manager came in.

 

Third complaint, it took them fifteen minutes to serve my order of two cini-mini's, two French toast, one double croissant. I also noticed people coming into the store at the counter were leaving due to the time and lack of employee organization. Again, 'no manager'

 

If this is an example of the type of managers being hired at that store or other Burger King's. This company is in big, big trouble. I'll start going back to McDonnell's and give them my business. One positive note, the two employees were trying to make it work and improvise on there own in the managers absence.
