I RECENTLY ADVERTISED ITEMS FOR AUCTION ON EBAY, WAS BILLED FOR THEIR DISPLAY.

IWAS GIVEN THE OPTION OF VARIOUS WAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT ONE OF WHICH

WAS CREDIT CARD,WHICH I CHOSE TO USE. THE DETAILS OF MY VISACARD WERE

ENTERED AND I RECEIVED A REPLY THAT THE CARD WAS ON HOLD AND NOT ACCEPTED.

I WAS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE CARD HAD BEEN REFUSED AS IT WAS UP TO

DATE AND HAD BEEN ACCEPTED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BY MANY BUSINESS,S

INCLUDING PAYPAL. I EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASKING WHY THIS HAD

OCCURED. WHAT FOLLOWS IS THE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL PLUS FURTHER ONGOING

EMAILS.

I AM UNABLE TO FIND HOW TO PAY THROUGH PAYPAL.HAVE ATTEMPTED TO

MAKE PAYMENT WITH VISACARD AND FIND YOU HAVE PUT THIS ON HOLD.WHY?IT IS

THE SAME CARD I ALWAYS USE WHEN MAKIING PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL FOR ITEMS

ON EBAY AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS.PLEASE EXPLAIN.

SYSTEM AND WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MAKING PAYMENT WITH THIS CARD.WHEN I MENTIONED

THIS IS DISGUSTING AND DESERVES THE STRONGEST COMPLAINT.WHY DO THEY REFUSE TO LET

ME KNOW ANY FURTHER DETAILS CONCERNING THE USE OF MY CARD AND PERSIST IN GIVING

ME A LOT OF GOBOLDY GOOP. I HAVE FOUND OTHERS THAT HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH EBAY
