sears gift registry 7/2006: I regret having a gift registry at sears because of all the complaints I have been receiving from my family and friends about the difficulty they have been having trying to buy the gifts online and at the store. They were not able to attain the list easily, and they could not obtain the address the gifts were to be sent to, even though they asked the store manager they were told that information could not be disclose(??!!) or confirm if the address they have is the same I have in my registry. They have told me the customer service is very rude and unhelpful, and any bride I meet I will warn them of the additional headaches they will receive’ on top of all the planning and work for the wedding itself’ if they register with sears.
