computer service/computer repair

computer-cincinnati On march1,2006 I made an

appOintment for pro city computers to service my

computer i had purchased from their store a year

earlier. Ihad mentioned to the repairman my symptoms I

was having with my computer. he had mentioned it

sounded like my hard drive was bad I am recently

disabled and could not take the computer to be fixed

plus it was a custom built computer whichmade other

mobile computer services not want to get involved so I

thought the best thing to do was to contact the maker

of the computer,I was having problems booting the

computer and it wouldnt shut down and was running very

slow I had told him i needed any nessesary up grades

to make the computer more stable I live a distance

from the store after he got the computer up and

running after replacing the whole mother board and

various other items including a purchace of a off

brand dvd player which i could never get the sound to

work that i had mentioned we added new ram and alot of

other items totaling $791.00!!!! I had kept asking

what the problem was and he could never tell me it"s

been5 months to date and the repairman has never

called to get the system up and running as agreed..

never pay for something without it being completely

finished. I resently found out all i had wrong was

mal- ware and could have been fixed for$25.00 I was

ripped off AND PLUS HE KEPT MY PARTS AND ITEMS HE

AGREED TO RETURN!!!!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS

PRACTACES!!!!I could have bought a new computer for

this amount!
