Sold me a puppy that died after 2 days

On 07/12/06 I purchase a Pomeranian puppy from shalene Feltner 10192 Carmel valley way in elk grove, ca 95624 and 2 days later the dog died. The dog died just after only having him for 2 days due to it being hypoglycemic which is conveniently not covered under the health guarantee that she gave me. I did try and contact her when I felt that the dog was not looking right and told her that I had a vet apt that day. She did call me back but the dog was dead by that point. I did provide her with the vet records that she asked for. She said she was sorry and that I could either get a refund or pick out another puppy she told this to me and my husband on two different occasions and what a lie that was because on 07/28/06 she then tells me that the puppy is not covered under this guarantee and I am out $650 plus the $190 for the vet bill. She then tells me that I need to do my research on the Pom puppies, well I have had 3 of this breed and they all have passed due to old age. I bought another puppy from someone else and he is doing great. This dog was sick from the minute she gave him to me.

I am 6 months pregnant and I had to watch this poor baby die in my lap on the way to the vet, it broke my heart and I still get up set when I think how he suffered. I know I will never see my money again but I have a 2 year old daughter that had her heart broken by this evil person. And I don’t want this to happen to any one else.
