Complain for faulty charging to my Visa card

Dear Sir,

I have tried to withdraw money in the ATM counter in your Ramrajatala: Howrah with my International ATM Visa card (Number 4779 9818 4000 3224) on 26.07.2006 at 10 : 00:59 and at 10:04:08 am for INR 500 and INR 1000. Unfortunately, both the times the ATM counter was unable to disburse any money and no transaction taken place.

But now I am very much surprised to see from my card statement that I am debited with INR 500 and INR 1000 along with the transaction fee by the bank.

I am an NRI and presently out of India and I can only lodge complain through mail for your action in this regard.

Kindly credit the amount and the fee that has been charged to my account at the earliest.
