Blue Green Travel Complaint

On 8/3/06 I recieved a call from Blue Green Travel stating the my

husband and I had won a contest and would recieve trips to Orlando,

Las Vegas and Aruba. The prize was 5-star accomadations at these

locations. After 30 minutes of excited and pushy sales techniques

designed to make me not question anything they asked, the lady wanted

a $199 fee for both my husband and I. At one point the fee was to

register us and send us an information packet and then later the fee

was suppose to cover hotel taxes. I refused stating that I did not

have nearly $400 to give to something that I had not researched and

felt comfortable with. After all, had I not been the winner here?! She

told me I could call back and she would try to find a similar package

for me. After not finding a reliable website pertaining directly to

that promotion and group and after reading the complaints on this

site, I decided that this was a scam and way too good to be true! I

hope no one gives these people a dime or a moment of their time!
