I foolishly agreed to receive the surplus alert starting package but when I e mailed them to cancel my subscription after I found the $29.95 charge to my credit card they cancelled my subscription but the charge is still on my credit card. I believe that I am entitled to a refund because I was misled about the whole process. I also cancelled my E Bay account. I would appreciate an acknowledgement e mail so I know for sure that someone really reads this.
