fairfield resorts/ hawaii. kona hawaiian village/ due bills in general

Hi..my complaint is about Fairfileds Resorts habit of sending due bills fer amounts with no explanation of why there is extra charges against timeshare owners. i have received 2 such bills in recent months asking for money to be paid , and no reason is given ..This is wrong , to say the least!!!

Next ....I bought the 154,00 point packeage From Fairfield on the Big Island of Hawaii......paid premium Hawaiian price for it .....found out after i bought it ...i cna only get 2 and 1/2 days at my "Home" resort with that package ....never did they say anything in presentation about it !!!! WTF good is 2 and 1/2 days in Hawaii @ a purchase price of $12,000 ??!! I have since been unable to use paclkage anywheres ..always get the.."Sorry but that time is booked ther" story from Fairfiled.......I've had the timeshare for 3 yrs now and have never been able to use it anywhere's. anyone having the same problem ??
