i flew to romania from jfk via milan.when i arrived in bucharest,romania my baggage was missing,after 2 weeks(i stayed without my gifts to godfather) the baggage caime wirth stolen things from the bag.i made a complain from 17 march,2006 and today is august 30,2006 and still nothing.the biggest problem is i am calling the altalia customer service nr 212 903 3575 more then 10 times and nobody is answering.....i stayed 30 min in hold and still i have to live messages on voicemail machine...it is 2006!!!!!! and no live operator.........i want to suit this company, can somebody help me,pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..........
