1] Customer service person was wrong about multiple size tape for the

Brother label machine.

2] Company does not furnish the Brother Label stick with the machine. It

costs 31 cents to order it from their web site and $5 mailing charges.

Since costs to the company is in the pennies, it should come with the

product as it used to.
